SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCORRECT INFORMATION. 

 If the package is a RETURNED NON-DELIVERABLE we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 

If you REFUSE ANY SHIPMENTS from PhantomLasers, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must ADDRESS THIS WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. PhantomLasers does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. 

We DO NOT ISSUE A REFUNDS for packages that state being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 7-28 BUSINESS DAYS from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. 

Majority of all orders arrive between 7-28 BUSINESS DAYS, but in very RARE INSTANCES, please allow up to 28 DAYS.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take ONE BUSINESS DAY to process your order. The delivery timeframe is just an estimate and DOESN’T INCLUDE WEEKEND OR HOLIDAYS. 

*Please allow up 3 to 5 Business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to PROCESS AND SHIP your order.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please CHECK YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS website for more information.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures:
